REST retirement

Interactive gRPC explorer

Use grpcui -plaintext localhost:5002 for local WSM, or a controlled local port-forward to its cluster gRPC port. The shared launcher is bash common/scripts/run_grpcui_local.sh localhost:5002. Keep the browser UI loopback-only. Use grpcurl for CLI discovery and existing generated protobuf/SDK docs for static reference. This is a separate tool, not a REST or Swagger server inside WSM.

Business REST support is removed in WebSocketManager 0.6.0. Connect, Disconnect, List, publish control, Send/SendRaw and tag methods remain available over native gRPC, directly through its SDK or through the API gateway's gRPC invocation.

All /v1/connections* HTTP routes, /docs/v1, and /openapi/v1.json are no longer served. There is no replacement REST endpoint. Use generated gRPC SDKs and gRPC reflection. Outbound WebSocket transport remains supported.

HTTP /health, /healthz, gRPC health, actor callbacks and gRPC reflection remain. Keep the HTTP health port and Kubernetes probes. Historical google.api.http descriptor annotations no longer register REST routes. Earlier REST examples describe prior releases. REST retirement does not resolve the independent socket ownership/recovery issues #28/#35.
