The message fragments WebSocketManagerService.ClassifyMessage sniffs on to recover a gRPC status across Dapr's actor transport (which collapses every server-side exception into an Internal RpcException carrying only the original message text -- type information never crosses the wire; see the 0.3.3 CHANGELOG entry). Single-sourced here so the exception formatters and ClassifyMessage cannot drift apart silently: rewording a message without updating its fragment now breaks MapExceptionStatusContractTests instead of degrading real cross-pod errors to Internal at runtime.
